Delivery Options
- Within Kathmandu Valley: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.
Note: Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or public holidays.
Non-Delivery and Responsibility
- Syakar Company Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect address or contact details.
- Recipient unavailability after prior communication.
- Order refusal without a valid reason under our return policy.
- In such cases, any additional costs for re-delivery or returns will be borne by the customer.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping charges shall be deducted.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- For exchanges, we shall bear the shipping charges for sending the exchanged product.
